  • Intermediate resistance to Tomato brown rugose fruit ribbed beef tomato with FULLRED fruits, high °Brix (3.5 - 5.0) and a high yield potential

Features

  • Intermediate Resistance (IR) to Tomato brown rugose fruit
  • Broad resistance package
  • Uniquely shaped ribbed fruits of 290 - 340 grams
  • Attractive FULLRED fruits
  • Outstanding shelf life for more than 10 days
  • Strong plant with a good endurance
  • Tasty fruits with a high °Brix 3.5 – 5.0
  • High number of flowers per truss (5.5 on average)

Advantages

  • Prolonged cultivation in Tomato brown rugose fruit infected conditions
  • High yield potential thanks to average fruit weight of 290 – 340 grams, depending on pruning strategy and stem density
  • Potentially less crop protection is needed than other varieties in the segment
  • Less waste because of long shelf life

Agronomic Tips

  • Stem density 2.5 – 3.0 stems/m². Prune on 3 fruits per truss for the first 3 trusses. Prune the rest of the season on 4 fruits per truss. Provide balanced steering with generative input for good fruit set Leaf removal from the head advised to maintain balance in winter Graft on Maxifort or DR0141TX. Maxifort is the standard. Graft on DR0141TX when there is sufficient energy available for the crop to transfer the additional vigor in yield.
