Whitex is part of our new Curdivex® range of cauliflower which all have a white curd, a diverse set of new genetics in our pipeline and the ability to give the grower a more flexible harvest window. Whitex has a vigorous and upright plant habit and produces a bright, white curd which is easy to see when mature. This easy to see curd helps with making harvest more efficient. Whitex also has a good shelf life with the curd staying whiter for longer when compared to our current portfolio.
