Aquata is an excellent early autumn cauliflower variety maturing in 110 to 120 days. This cauliflower variety has a very consistent maturity cycle, while also providing a high yield. Aquata has an erect and compact plant type producing deep, dense, white curds which are very easy to harvest and bag resulting in a quicker harvest. A consistent maturity cycle gives reliability of harvesting schedules even under stressful growing conditions or on poorer soils.
