Giewont is a main season cauliflower suitable for summer and early autumn production. The solid, bright curds make this variety suitable for both fresh and processing markets. Giewont has smooth curds, with excellent curd cover. This well wrapped cauliflower has an excellent colour and produces solid, dense florets. With Giewont, a condensed harvest is possible. It has a high percentage of usable florets during processing and reduced loss as crumb.
