Subasio (name subject to approval, pre-commercial code SVAC3332) is a new Autumn cauliflower variety maturing in 105-120 days. The plants are upright and vigorous which gives good curd cover. The curd is white, solid, high domed and with good weight. It is suitable for both fresh and processing markets.
