Winter Supreme is a uniform, high yielding hybrid Premier Green best suited for use in mild winter climates. Winter Supreme is very slow bolting and filling giving excellent field holding. It has a good green to yellow leaf ratio, meaning that the variety can be used for both fresh market and processing. Winter Supreme matures approximately 3-5 days later than Winter Special. Winter Supreme can be direct drilled or transplanted both methods leading to a high percentage marketable product.
