Arangina is a delicious mid-early ESL Italian melon, originally bred for the European market but with great success when grown in the Northeast US environment conditions. The plant has a medium-strong vigor with good and uniform fruit setting. The fruit has a blocky shape with 2 to 3 kg-weight, hard course netting and deep green sutures, and presents a dark orange flesh with great firmness and small cavity. Its eating quality is outstanding and suited for the Northeast market. Shipping ability next to the crispy nice taste flesh which make it attractive for export markets.
