Meet our Strabella and Starbelina tomato varieties – our new glasshouse tomato varieties with Intermediate Resistance to ToBRFV.
In 2025, Vegetables by Bayer launched Strabella and Strabelina. Tomato varieties with Intermediate Resistance to ToBRFV.
Unique to these varieties is that the fruits are firmly attached to the vine, making them easy to package. Because they stay on the vine longer, the fruits can be presented to the buyer without plastic wrap. The fruits have short stems, giving them a very neat appearance.
