Agronomic Tips

  • Strabini can be grown in Traditional- and Lit Crops Final stem density can go up to 4.5 stems/m2, but depends on multiple factors. Prune to aproximate 12-14 fruits per truss, AFW will depend on pruning strategy and stem density. Double trusses occur. Advise is to prune them off for uniformity of plant-load and coloring. Agronomic advice: Generative steering is possible to create strong trusses. A strong rootstock, like the DR0141TX, will give power for hot summers and the last part of the crop.
